Lifelong Condition Counselling: find your way forward
Supporting individuals and families to adjust, adapt and thrive following a life-changing health diagnosis. As a BACP-qualified Humanistic Counsellor, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for individuals and families affected by long-term health conditions.
How counselling can help you
Whether you have recently received a diagnosis, are living with an ongoing condition, or are supporting a loved one through health challenges, counselling can help you process emotions, rebuild confidence, and find a way forward.
For individuals
I work with clients experiencing various conditions including cancer diagnoses and recovery, multiple sclerosis (MS), fibromyalgia, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, diabetes, heart conditions, long COVID, neurological conditions, and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).
For family members and carers
Support is also available for family members and carers, partners adjusting to a loved one's diagnosis, and parents of children with long-term conditions.
Addressing health anxieties
Counselling can help those experiencing health anxiety, loss, and grief related to their condition or that of a loved one, offering a space to process these complex emotions.
Living with long-term conditions
For other lifelong or life-limiting conditions, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate the emotional and psychological impact, fostering resilience and well-being.

My counselling approach
As a BACP-qualified Humanistic Counsellor, I believe in providing a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. My approach focuses on your unique experiences and helps you explore your feelings, build self-awareness, and find your own solutions.
